CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both trekkers and our team, while keeping operations smooth for everyone.

Cancellation by Participant

• 30 days or more before departure : 90% refund of the total trip cost (10% deducted for administrative charges).
• 15 to 29 days before departure : 70% refund of the total trip cost.
• 7 to 14 days before departure : 50% refund of the total trip cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure : No refund.
  
  Note: The above timelines are calculated from the official departure date of the trek.

Booking Amount

• A minimum 30-50% advance payment is required to secure your booking.
• The advance is adjustable in case you reschedule within the allowed time frame.

Re-scheduling Option

• You may shift your booking to a future trek date (subject to availability) at no extra cost if requested at least 15 days before departure.
• For requests made less than 15 days before departure, a nominal rescheduling fee will apply.

Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of trip cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, roadblocks, political unrest, pandemics, vehicle breakdown, etc.)

• We will issue a voucher/credit note for the full amount paid, valid for 1 year, which can be used for any future Hike in India trek.
• No cash refund will be provided in such cases.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
